Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Design of complex platforms for IT services with the core area in Data Center, Network, Firewall, Computing, Storage and Client In addition frequently design for upper layers like Web Application Server and Databases
• Documentation and cost calculation for all those services.
• Transition to the delivery
• Trainings for administrators out of the delivery

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Personality requirements and skills

Required skills

• Deep Knowledge of IT ecosytems and dependencies in service trees
• Experience in and knowledge of wireless technologies
• Experience in and knowledge with firewall technologies, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA
• Experience in providing accurate information and supporting all the other Service Management processes
• Experience in project orientated work
• Fundamental knowledge about architecture design frameworks like TOGAF
• Experience with working in an ITIL orientated company
• Ability to look across the assigned domain to ensure consistent alignment of technical solutions with the business goals and objectives of the supported unit.
• Experience in working on an enterprise level

Qualification

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology telecommunications, electrical engineering or equivalent qualifications
• CCNP / CCIE certification
• ITIL certifications (minimum foundation level)
• Expert knowledge of Cisco router and switches and related technologies; spanning tree, BGP, OSPF, etc
• Strong knowledge of Routing, Switching and Cloud-based services
• Fluency spoken and written English, advanced level
• Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
• German language skills are a plus
