Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Administration and further development of centralized Logging and SIEM infrastructure
• HP - ArcSight
• Management of the existing Infrastructure within Control-Center Team
• Handling of hardware and software errors with suppliers
• II/III- Level Support regarding SIEM/Logging
• Working on tickets based on ITIL (Change, Problem, Incident, SR)
• Delivery of complex non-standard orders (special reports for customers, etc.)
• Working on IT-Projects
• HP - ArcSight

• Advanced knowledge of Linux RHEL alternatively with experience of scripting REGEX
• Basic Knowledge of different operation systems
• Basic Knowledge of Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Anti-Virus, etc.
• Basic Knowledge of ITIL
• Experience in Security Incident Management, Detecting of computer attacks like brute force, malware, etc. is advantage
• Experience in programming flex connectors is advantage
• Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written) German language is an advantage
• Strong capacity for teamwork and dedication for work
• Independent, responsible and proactive working methods
• Assertiveness
• 3 years relevant Linux working experience
