Network Security Administrator

We are looking for a new team player to join our company, working on a variety of network technologies to provide operational support for network infrastructure within clients Data Centers. Maintain continuous service to customers by implementing requested changes and solving service failures and Incidents followed by a root cause analysis.
• Coordinate and perform most complex activities required to provide stable IT services
• Prepare and plan complex changes with attention to thorough documentation of implementation plan; peer–review implementation plan for complex changes
• Participate on incident creation, investigation and resolution in case of a service failure with direct/potential impact to IT infrastructure
• Participate on a root cause analysis if it is not known after incident resolution
• Initiate actions to improve network infrastructure if deficiency is identified
• Propose and perform regular inspections and improvement recommendations
• Assess actual performance of IT infrastructure against its predicted performance. Any deviations between the two should be understood and proactively remediated, with vendors if necessary
• Serve as technical lead to provide clear and comprehensive release and deployment plans
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support IT services
• Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards
• Deliver effective training plans and concepts for other employees
• Act as technical lead, coordinate activities across related technologies
