Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Operative responsible for the Access Management Process (PIM)
• Contact and advisory regarding the Privileged Identity Management
• Coordination of request and approval process
• Training of new access coordinators (internal colleagues and customers)
• Responsible for controlling the granted rights, reporting and revalidation
• Support design of process and tools and responsible for content updates
• Contact person for projects and supports implementation in customer environments

• Knowledge of AD, LDAP, User and Group Structures (RBAC concept/AGDLP) – required level: being familiar with that
• deep overview about the IT processes (procedures understanding, ability to explain them)
• previous contact and/or advisory regarding the Privileged Identity Management - advantage
• Comprehension in heterogeneous server and client environments
• Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access for preparation of templates and reports
• Good communication skills and ability to efficiently work in a multinational teams
• Experience working in an ITIL oriented company is a plus
• Willingness to travel on short business trips abroad
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Advanced spoken and written English
• German language skills (speak, read, write) are required.
• Certifications related to the requested skills are a plus
