JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Administration of centralized Firewall, VPN (site-to-site, client-to-site), Intrusion Detection Systems / Intrusion Prevention Systems, Mail Gateway, Mail Encryption Gateway (TLS, PGP, S/MIME), Proxy / Reverse Proxy Gateways, RSA Authentication Server
• Management of the existing Infrastructure within the Networks and Datacenters Teams
• Handling of hardware errors with suppliers
• Working on tickets based on ITIL (Change, Problem, Incident, SR)
• 3rd level on-call duty support in non-office hours
• Working on IT-Projects

• Basic Knowledge of architecture, protocols and systems within above mentioned environments
• Knowledge of DNS, Linux OS, Windows OS and VMware ESX(i)

• Good spoken and written English and German
