Job description, responsibilities and duties

Transition manager leads successful implementation of customer non-standard requests and projects. Cooperates with project stakeholders to prepare work breakdown structure (WBS), schedule all necessary tasks into a time-plan. Negotiates with operations Team Leaders and Line Mangers on allocation of all necessary resources who are expected under to deliver quality outputs, meeting customer and operational requirements.
• Transition Management, Technical Project Management
• Transition of new projects from the project teams into the operation
• Creation of stakeholder map and setting up communication matrix
• Preparation of work breakdown structure (WBS)
• Creation of transition plan / project plan
• Allocation of necessary resources for transition phase of the project
• Creation of Transfer into Operations project documentation
• Coordination and controlling implementation of non-standard requests
• Support in case of architectural design and security approvals

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: technical IT and / or technical project management
• 2 years of experience in similar role
• Ability to coordinate multiple operation teams
• Know-how in service / retail / banking
• IT knowledge in client / server and network infrastructure
• ITIL knowledge required, certification is an advantage
• Project management methodologies knowledge, certification is an advantage
• Service orientation

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to work in a multicultural team
• Working independently and be service-oriented
• Very good English language skills, C1
• German language is a plus
• Self-motivated demonstrated good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
