Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Actuarial Hub of the UNIQA Insurance Group is looking for support in the Life Actuarial Department. The focus of activities will be on the actuarial software Prophet as well as the development and advancement of mathematical and actuarial models for the projection used for the regulatory specifications.
Therefore our young and dynamic team is looking for support in diverse areas of responsibilities from an ambitious and service-oriented mathematician.
You can look forward to an on-the-job training at the UNIQA Group head office in Vienna with a focus on your future tasks and responsibilities. Additionally UNIQA offers the possibility for personal development in your area of expertise for the years to come.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Support of Group Actuarial Department handling the actuarial software Prophet
• Compilation of analysis for Embedded Value and Solvency II
• Validation of the calculated results as well as further enhancements of the validation process
• Further development of the projection models with regards to programming and increasing efficiency
• Individual projects for developing the mathematical and actuarial models with focus on the projection tools
