Um das Unternehmensprogramm zur Einführung eines neuen UNIQA Insurance Plattform Systems optimal umzusetzen, suchen wir einen Technischer Integrationsmanager
Fokus: Defect- und Incident-Analyse

Das erwartet Sie:
Im Rahmen jedes Releases wird in mehreren Stufen eine komplexe Versicherungssoftware an uns geliefert, bestehend aus verschiedenen Komponenten. Diese wird in unsere IT-Landschaft integriert und mit weiteren Produkten kombiniert, um für Tests bereitgestellt zu werden.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

• Technische Analyse und Bewertung von Defects und Incidents
• Initiierung und Monitoring von Eskalationsprozessen für relevante Defects und Incidents
• Pflege der Defect-Datenbank mit Fokus auf Datenintegrität und Einhaltung von Richtlinien
• Steuerung und Koordination von standortübergreifenden Teams
• Teilnahme an Kundenmeetings sowie Erstellung aussagekräftiger Defect-Reports
• Internes Reporting und Statuskommunikation
• Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Tools zur Fehlervermeidung und Effizienzsteigerung
• Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Behebung und des Re-Testings von Defects
• Analyse technischer Fehler im Rahmen der Integration mit bestehenden Produkten in unserer IT-Landschaft
• Durchführung und Erweiterung von Tests zur Bereitstellung der gesamten Komponente in der Integrationsumgebung
• Einsatz und Integration von Tools wie TOSCA, Dynatrace und Splunk zur Testdurchführung sowie für technische Analysen auf Basis von Logfiles und Defects
• Durchführung technischer Smoke-Tests zur Gewährleistung der Einsatzbereitschaft für fachliche Tests
• Entwicklung, Erhebung und Reporting von KPIs zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
• Etablierung und Management des Abweichungsprozesses, einschließlich Fehlerursachenanalyse, Lösungsplanung und nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Nachverfolgung von Integrationen in Releases sowie Testverifikationen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Value Trains, einschließlich automatisierter Tests

2 300 - 2 800 EUR/monthSalary from 2.300€ per month - guaranteed 13th and 14th salary. The base salary starts at €2300,00 gross per month, depending on the candidate’s seniority, and is guaranteed to be paid 14 times a year.

UNIQA Group Service Center Slovakia, spol. s r.o., is a subsidiary of the Austrian insurance group UNIQA Group Austria. The company is divided into the Software Service (SWS), Cross-Border Service (CBS), Back Office Service (BOS) and Nearshoring (NES) divisions.

The primary activity of the SWS division is the development and maintenance of software for commercial insurance companies belonging to the UNIQA Group. It focuses primarily on the INAS system, which is designed for the management of insurance product portfolios, insurance policies and claims, as well as client, partner and accounting data. In recent years, the development of modern web applications linked to the INAS system has come to the fore.
The CBS division, established in 2006, deals with the management of insurance policies and the settlement of claims for clients of the Austrian insurance group.
