We are looking for an experienced Process Manager Professional with a strong Agile mindset and proven expertise in enterprise process management, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings more than 5 years of professional experience, strong leadership capabilities, and advanced communication skills in English (minimum level C1).

Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to lead and govern cross-functional Agile process management initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide Agile practices.


Key Responsibilities
Process Review & Improvement
  • Ensure Agile processes are fit for purpose through regular reviews and continuous improvement activities.

Strategic Alignment & Oversight
  • Maintain an end-to-end view of Agile processes to ensure alignment with business strategy and transformation goals.

Standards & Methodology Management
  • Define, adapt, and communicate standards, methods, and tools for effective Agile process management.

Cross-Team Transformation Support
  • Drive transformation initiatives across multiple teams and departments.
  • Create an environment that encourages sustainable change and continuous delivery.

Integrated Process Design
  • Integrate requirements from management systems such as ICS into Agile process design to ensure compliance and coherence.

Coaching & Conflict Resolution
  • Coaches process owners and facilitates the resolution of conflicts between line and process responsibilities.

Performance Monitoring & Communication
  • Monitors Agile process indicators and ensures transparent communication of progress, outcomes, and insights.

Executive & Stakeholder Management
  • Acts as a key interface between top management and Agile process stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.

Change Leadership & Culture Building
  • Leads change initiatives and promotes a culture of Agile process excellence across the organization.
Strategic Reporting & Decision Support
  • Oversees the development and strategic use of process reporting to support decision-making and organizational transparency.

2 500 - 3 200 EUR/monthfrom 2.500 € per month - guaranteed 13th and 14th salary. The base salary starts at €2,500 gross per month, depending on the candidate’s seniority, and is guaranteed to be paid 14 times a year.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Agile process management, transformation, or related fields.

• Advanced expertise in process modelling and analysis tools.
• Strong background in project management and KPI measurement.
• Experience with management systems such as ICS and reporting tools.
• Agile tools proficiency: Confluence, Jira (Hive)
Agile KPI's (Capacity, Velocity, Predictability, WIP-Limit, Flow-Metric...)

• SAFe® certifications such as Leading SAFe preferred.
• Advanced certifications in Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe®, ASPC) are an advantage.
