We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of SIEM/SOC capabilities (ideally IBM QRadar) across the UNIQA Group. This role is about strong delivery governance, coordination of multiple teams and vendors, and successful execution in a complex, international corporate environment.Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery: initiation → scoping → planning → implementation/integrations → testing → rollout → transition to operations.
- Establish and run project governance: sponsor alignment, SteerCo, decision-making, escalations, and executive reporting.
- Manage multi-country rollout and cross-team dependencies (Security, Infrastructure, Application teams, Architecture, Operations).
- Manage vendors/partners (deliverables, timelines, acceptance criteria, change requests) in cooperation with Supplier Management.
- Ensure operational readiness: support model, handover, RACI, runbooks, SLAs, and integration with incident management/SOC processes.
Agile / SAFe
Application owners and delivery teams operate in Agile/SAFe. You must be able to drive SIEM onboarding and delivery through SAFe mechanisms:
- Plan onboarding waves as Epics/Features, break them down into team backlogs.
- Manage cross-team / ART dependencies and coordinate execution.
- Align timelines and capacity through PI Planning and ongoing synchronization.
- Define clear acceptance criteria, and readiness for release/rollout.
What Success Looks Like
- A successfully delivered SIEM/SOC rollout with clear governance, high-quality log source onboarding, and a smooth transition to operations.
- Effective collaboration with application teams operating under SAFe, with controlled dependency management, predictable delivery, and clear acceptance.

Must-have Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex software implementations end-to-end (SDLC: requirements → build → test → deploy → operations).
• Strong PM fundamentals: scope, plan, budget/forecast, SteerCo, stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience working in an Agile/SAFe enterprise setup (PI planning, epics/features, backlog management, dependency coordination).
• Experience in a corporate / regulated environment (banking/insurance is a strong plus).
• Strong English communication skills (B2/C1), able to operate in an international/matrix environment.
Nice-to-have (Strong Advantage)
• Experience delivering security technology projects, ideally SIEM/SOC and preferably IBM QRadar.
• Understanding of SIEM/SOC concepts: log source onboarding, detection use cases, tuning/alert quality, SOC processes.
• Tools: Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow (nice-to-have); vendor/procurement experience.
