IT Tester with German (travelling+home office)

Popis pracovnej pozície

Location: the contractual place of work is in Nitra. However, you will be required to travel to Vienna 2-3 times a week. The rest of the days you can work from home.

• there will be extra compensation for the days spent in Vienna

You define the scope of the necessary tests in consultation with the client and project team
You ensure that all testing activities are performed in accordance with the test strategy and the UITS testing standards
You create and update the test plan based on the project-specific requirements
You take responsibility for the test-related quality gates in the development process
You plan and set up meetings to discuss test-related issues
You coordinate the testing of non-functional requirements, test automation, and test environment setup in close collaboration with respective teams
You report the progress of the test, the quality status as well as identified deviations to the customer and coordinate the relevant measures
You coordinate deviations / defects throughout the test phases

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of test automation and non-functional testing
Knowledge of the most popular test and test automation tools welcome or interest to develop in this area
Professional appearance and good problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and goal-oriented, independent worker
Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
Willingness to travel
Knowledge of English or German
