Personality requirements and skills
• Strong analytical thinking (more than 3 years of experience in Business and/or IT Functional Analyst role, preferably in insurance sector is advantage)
• Basic knowledge of requirement engineering (IREB training is advantage)
• Communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of IT development lifecycle
• Experienced in MS Office, UML, SQL, (JIRA, Confluence is advantage)
• English language is a must (German is advantage)
• Ability to handle and prioritize parallel tasks and respond to ad hoc requirements as well as to cope with pressure and stress
• Willingness to travel, driving license B
