About the job
As part of the Group Compliance team, we not only take care of formal processes, but are responsible for raising awareness of the importance of compliance and also shape the culture of UNIQA Insurance Group AG. We use the spirit and expertise of the international community to develop excellent standards that, on the one hand, meet regulatory requirements and, at the same time, can be easily implemented into operational processes.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on further development of the compliance management system in the international UNIQA companies. We craft internal rules and regulations, collaborate closely with our Group Compliance Officer and offer support to the local Compliance Officers in the international companies.

Main tasks:
- Compliance risk assessment of international companies
- Support international companies in creating and tracking risk mitigation measures
- Creation of a Compliance risk profile of the UNIQA Group
- Company visits
- Preparation reports to the Risk Committee and the Management Board.
- Development of policies and procedures
- Training and awareness raising activities
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor or Master of Laws
- 3-5 years of work experience in the financial industry
- In-depth knowledge of compliance-relevant topics and industry standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem solving skills
- Engagement and independent completion of tasks
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written; German is beneficial
- MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Integrity, sense of responsibility and reliability
