Your main tasks:
- Provide technical and functional support for the SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- Configure and manage the system, including data management, security settings, workflows, and role-based permissions
- Troubleshoot configuration issues, performance problems, and user errors
- Integrate SuccessFactors Employee Central with other HR modules and external systems (e.g., payroll, benefits)
- Continuously improve the functionality of SuccessFactors Employee Central by identifying optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and integration processes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and system accuracy
Your skills & qualifications
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Employee Central
- Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting within SuccessFactors
- Deep knowledge of the functionalities, data models, and configuration tools of SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English
