As HR Digitalization Expert SuccessFactors, you will be working on challenging tasks and projects in an exciting, international environment and supporting the Group HR team in driving the digital transformation of HR.
A day in the life of a HR Digitalization Expert SuccessFactors:
• You support the initial implementation of new modules in Successfactors in an international environment.
• You collaborate in the roll-out of Successfactors (various modules) in the UNIQA Group
• You are responsible for maintenance and further development of the existing configurations in Successfactors
• You act as first- and second-level support for module managers, administrators, employees and executives
Your required skills and qualifications:
• Successfully completed higher education (Technical studies, Business Administration or comparable)• +3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial services industry or with IT providers
• Successfactors: Employee Central & in-depth know-how in at least one of the following SF modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Analytics is desirable
• Technical know-how in the HR area (HR processes, HR data)
• Good IT application knowledge and database understanding
• "Agile Mindset": knowledge and practical experience with agile methods
• A high degree of individual initiative and customer orientation
• Very good English skills, German is an advantage
