As a Survey Tool Specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the market research team of Brand Digital & Research by providing technical support for the survey tool Qualtrics.

Please note that there is no previous Qualtrics experience required. You will complete a course to learn how to manage and administer the system.

A day in the life of a Survey Tool Specialist:

• As the technical manager for the survey tool Qualtrics, you are responsible for the creation, implementation and analysis of all surveys in the field of HR & Brand
• You conduct internal and external surveys and derive measures from the resulting findings
• You control the quality and accuracy of data to ensure high-quality results
• You maintain the ongoing reliability and performance of the survey tool
• You are responsible for graphical preparation of results from the surveys
• You act as the first point of contact and provide help/advice on topics related to Qualtrics
• You are able to translate business requirements and user needs and work independently or as part of our Austrian market research team.

Your required skills and qualifications:

• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Strong communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Relevant professional experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in the fields of business administration, statistics or similar is an advantage
