As HR Specialist you will be working on challenging tasks and projects in an exciting, international environment and supporting the Group HR team especially in finding and recruiting exceptional candidates internationally.

A day in the life of an HR Specialist:

• You take care of each stage of the recruitment process and search for the best possible talents for our open positions across UNIQA Group
• You ensure a unique candidate experience by supporting our applicants during the entire process
• You build and maintain close relationships with our hiring managers located in our international business units and consult the role requirements and expectations
• You search for the most promising candidates by applying proactive recruiting methods and using different sourcing channels: job boards, social media platforms, referrals, etc.
• You are happy to take on new challenges and you proactively drive recruitment projects forward
• You provide support across a variety of HR related tasks, primarily focusing on duties connected to international recruitment process

Your required skills and qualifications:

• Successfully completed higher education (International business administration, Human Resources Management or comparable)
• Professional experience in recruiting, ideally in an international (corporate) environment
• Excellent English skills, German is beneficial
• Experience with international cross-boarder assignments, including contracting and invoicing
• Experience in active sourcing and employer branding is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality and stress resistance
• Structured and organized way of working
• Very good MS Office skills

• Perceptive: You learn quickly and have an eye for solutions
