You will contribute to the group-wide implementation of IFRS 17 by using the actuarial software Prophet and enhancing our projection models. You can look forward to an on-the-job training and strong support from our Headquarters in Vienna. Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Possibility to lead workshop streams in the Group roll-out of IFRS 17
• Enhancing mathematical and actuarial models with a focus on projection tools (emphasis: IFRS 17)
• Support the actuaries within the UNIQA Group with regards to the actuarial software Prophet
• Compilation of analysis for Embedded Value and Solvency II
Your required skills and qualifications:
• Actuarial Education (insurance mathematics / statistics)• 4 - 6 years of experience in Life Actuarial
• Profound knowledge of MS Office (incl. Excel)
• Profound knowledge of the actuarial software Prophet (deterministic and ALS)
• Willingness to travel
• Proactive and reliable team player
• Ability to solve problems and fast perception
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Independent, customer-oriented and self-reliant working style
• Knowledge of actuarial modelling, like Solvency II and Embedded Value
• First experience with IFRS 17 (theoretical or practical)
Favorable skills:
o Deep knowledge in IFRS 17
o German language as an asset
