About the job:

UNIQA 4WARD, the branch office of UNIQA Insurance Group AG with its seat in Bratislava is looking for an ambitious and customer-oriented Application Manager for our SAP S/4HANA Solution Team.

You can look forward to a well-defined onboarding process focusing on SAP S/4 HANA know-how, finance processes and customer service skills. Furthermore, we will offer a rotation program in close co-operation with the Headquarters in Vienna.

The Solution Team is established to support business users in both technical and functional questions emerging during daily operation of the system. You will manage reported cases and deliver solutions to business users working in the Finance and Controlling departments across UNIQA Group. Your Tasks and Responsibilities contain

- First-Level-Support for all kind of technical and business cases related to SAP S/4 HANA and single point of contact for business users
- End user support of posting, closing and consolidation activities
- Configuration and Maintenance of reports
- User & Access Management

Your required skills and qualifications:

The position is suitable for university graduates with
- Technical understanding
- Ideally initial experience as Service Agent
- Ideally SAP support experience
- Know-how about Finance and Controlling Processes and industry experience in the insurance sector (advantageous)
- Profound knowledge of MS Office (incl. Excel)

You should have the following competences
- Analytical Thinking
- Learning agility
- Proactive and reliable team player
- Service-oriented
- Clear, precise and on-time communication
- Willingness to travel

Knowledge of one the following languages is advantageous:
German, Czech, Polish, Serbian
