Job Purpose
Together with your team, you are responsible for the project agenda of Union. You maintain a close relationship with the Board of Directors to ensure alignment of the project agenda with the overall strategy, as well as with Business and IT. With your team of project managers, you translate strategic goals into an actionable project agenda. This facilitates the development of corporation-wide projects, monitoring progress, and reporting on the effective execution of the projects.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Driving the project agenda of the company, end-to-end from idea to implementation and finalization.
- First point of contact for all new initiatives within the company and ensure alignment upfront with the different stakeholders within Union (Board, Finance, IT and Business). This also includes alignment with our financial planning.
- Prepare and present reports on the project agenda to the Board and senior management
- Develop and implement the company wide resource planning and workload capacity
- Manage internal stakeholders in case there are changes in the project agenda
- Responsible for managing PMO team

Experience
- Extensive experience (more than 10 years) with project management within the financial industry, experience in the insurance sector is a big advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with management of a team
