Application Analyst – Mentoring Co-Lead of the Team

Become Co-Lead of SK Based team of Application specialists/analysts focused on serving Local CZ/SK needs of UniCredit Bank (like interaction with CZ/SK State bodies, Regulator and/or perform specific local calculations mainly in Financial area, local Datawarehouse and Document management system…). Handle their daily business as well as interaction with its vendors, watch basic service KPIs (e.g. limited incident backlog and time to solve issues), coordinate particular common initiatives coming across the team, respond to final user queries/incidents and so on. Potentially act as Project manager for small evolution projects.

Experiences/Skills required:
• Technical background with focus on Operations and Maintenance of Applications, understand basics of Networking, Security and standard operational platforms (Windows, Linux, Relational databases etc.) – in the level necessary to be oriented and capable to talk to IT Infrastructure colleagues
• Organizational abilities and experience with standard enterprise ticketing tools
• Supervisory experience (small teams or co-workers) and communication/mediatory skills
• Ability to apply helicopter view on problem solutions – to see bigger context
• Target oriented behavior
• Over 5 years experience working in IT oriented company
