IT Administrator

We are looking for an IT Administrator to help us maintain, optimize and develop our company's information technology systems. If you have a technical background, and excellent problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!

Skills / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience in scripting and automation using Python or other languages.
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Solid understanding of modern computer hardware, networking principles, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Good spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.

Job responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or security risks.
- Maintain and develop internal databases, guide the adaptation of new software.
- Provide technical support to employees, assisting with hardware and software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring proper security protocols are followed.
- Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools using Python to streamline IT processes.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
