Strategic Sourcing Manager

Your scope of duties:
• Cooperation with service suppliers developing and expanding existing relationships
• Supplier management; negotiating existing contracts, monitor and review suppliers’ performance
• Plan, implement and manage company's overall supply and sourcing strategy
• Lead the development of an overall field team sourcing strategy:
• Capacity needs short and long term (no of teams)
• Mix between internal and external field resources
• Competence profiles
• Grow existing field team subcontractors and increase their capacity
• Conduct active search, selection and contract negotiation with new service suppliers
• Establish processes and conduct onboarding process of new suppliers
• Build relationships with key suppliers and develop partner models where applicable
• Other key sourcing activities:
o Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
o Develop forecasting model with main suppliers
• Establishing frame agreements and project agreements

Expectations:
• Proven work experience as a Sourcing Manager or Procurement Manager
• Prior experience in working with mobile installation services providers
• Technical knowledge and good understanding of installation process of mobile base stations
• Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and work with a project team environment
• Computer proficient – MS Excel, MS Word
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software
• Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
• Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions
• BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
