Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are a Lithuanian company, expanding throughout European Union, starting our journey in Slovakia. We specialize in forestry and consulting services for private forest owners, while also providing a service of helping them sell or exploit their forest. Our expansion project has led us to Slovakia, and we would like to welcome to our team:
Sales Manager (Slovak and English speaking):
Remote work communicating with clients by phone or email in Slovak language: consulting, sales (no cold calling - we work only with inbound queries).
Consulting clients about forestry, forest management, sale, and other related forestry topics by phone and email (we provide full training, experience in forestry sector is a huge advantage but not necessary).
Customer support and service in accordance with the company's standards, achieving of sales KPIs.
Fulfillment of other duties (we are a startup in Slovakia - be prepared to be our "boots-on-the-ground" person in Slovakia, at least at the start of this project).

Work from anywhere with internet connection - job is fully remote.
Work schedule from 9AM to 5PM during work week: no overtime, no night shifts, no work during weekends or holidays.

Personality requirements and skills
Slovak language level C1 or above is a MUST : you will be constantly dealing with clients who live in Slovakia by phone: you must feel free and confident to communicate in this language.
ENGLISH language level C1 or above is a MUST : we are not a Slovakian company, all internal communication and training will be provided using English language only: you must feel free and confident to communicate in this language.
Experience in sales/client consulting/customer support no less than 1 year (sales experience in phone sales and/or realty is an advantage).
Computer proficiency - you should have the knowledge of using MS Office, Google Workspace. Experience with CRM system (Pipedrive or similar) is an advantage.
High communication skills, willingness to learn, innovative thinking, courage, reliability.
High sense of responsibility, independence.
Experience in forestry is a huge advantage, but not necessary.
