We want to take our program to the next level and have recently created a Digital Office to spearhead our digital portfolio.

About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our newly established Digital Office. You will play a pivotal role in driving our digital and AI transformation initiatives, managing a portfolio of exciting projects that modernize our steel mill operations and unlock significant business value.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital and AI roadmap for U. S. Steel Kosice aligned with the strategic objectives of the company and the corporation
- Partner with business stakeholders to define digital and AI roadmaps, goals, scope, and timelines for their individual areas
- Lead the identification and prioritization, and monitor execution of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to identify new opportunities
- Monitor portfolio performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital office and across the organization.

Personality requirements and skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing digital/analytics/ai and/or business transformation programs, consulting background is a plus
- Master's degree in business administration, computer science/IT, or related field (data science, engineering, etc)
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex digital projects from initiation to completion.
- Proficiency in English, other languages are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools and software a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably within the steel industry, is a plus
