R&d engineer - electronics

For our R&D department in Koprivnice plant we are currently looking for a specialist who has relevant experience from production companies and want to have a chance to participate on developing interesting audio products with international teams.


• Development of electronics with schematic design, board layout, SW, certification and testing
• Implementation of the customer requirements and specifications into design
• Application of risk analysis tools (e.g. design and prototype reviews, DFMEA, CTQ, etc.) and testing
• Active participation on developing a culture of continuous improvement within the EE group
• Co-operating with relevant areas within CZ and the parent company to ensure common development procedures
• Follow company procedures and rules to deliver assigned task in requested Time Quality Cost parameters


• Good overall knowledge of electronics, measurements, and embedded system design
• Knowledge of standard serial interfaces
• Knowledge of DSP, digital/analogue filters, DAC/ADC, and audio amplifiers is an asset
• Knowledge of embedded systems, knowledge of “C” is an asset
• Fresh graduates welcome, 1+ years or more experience with electronics development is an advantage
