CMO - Chief Marketing Officer

International E-shops operator in the field of consumer electronics TURBADO is looking for a key managing position, operating throughout the Holding.
- Developing marketing strategy; developing marketing plans, management and coordination of marketing activities for the whole group in the EU. Coordination and communication with marketing agencies.
- Creating strategies that will not focus just on both standard tools and procedures for on-line sales - mostly blogs, whispering campaigns, PR articles, partnerships with non-competing companies;
- Tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; monitoring the competition;
- Creation and development of Client Relationships, coaching, management processes, subordinate involvement, customer focus, marketing research, statistical analysis, developing Budgets;
- Developing, motivating and supervising the marketing team;
- Achieving KPI targets;
- Reporting to higher management.
