Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Assisting with the manager`s responsibilities to meet the company`s sales goals
• Provide administrative assistance to the sales manager
• Prepare statistics, track sales progress
• Fill out and send contracts to new customers through internal platform
• Manage and document account activity in CRM, including reviewing, creating and
converting new leads assigned
• Become familiar with the online hotel booking platform in order to assist phone calls,
emails of general queries and coordinate them to the correct department
• Create and modify users and set ups in Go Global Travel platform, handling new user activation requests by email, making follow up calls
• Conduct occasional marketing research to find new potential clients and make introductory calls
• Act as a communicator between the sales manager and back office
• Assist sales managers in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings
• Support marketing

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate
