Job description, responsibilities and duties
Triumph’s Retail Department in Prague is looking for
District Manager Franchise Czech Republic
Home-Office based with min. 60% travel within the region
The main function of this position is to manage the portfolio of franchise shops in the Czech Republic, delivering the required sales, service and quality outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement consistent retail operation processes and company standards in the franchise stores
- Develop effective relationships with our external Franchise partners to support business objectives through the delivery of agreed operating standards
- Optimize permanently doors portfolio by expending existing retail net with close cooperation with franchise partners
- Manage the Franchise base in line with the Franchise Agreement, developing new partnerships and existing partnerships as appropriate
- Deliver targeted level of sell out and margin through best possible execution of retail KPIs (CR, UPT, VPT etc.)
- Use effectively the results of Mystery Shopper and any other report/assessment to improve store performance through building and executing improvement action plan
- Deliver targeted opening plan within the region
- Deliver required set of training to franchise store staff
- Organize sell in sessions with the partners in order to meet targeted buying plan for the season

- Experience in finding new partners on the market
- Fluent Czech and fluent English written and spoken
- Independent, responsible, “can-do” mind-set
- Willing and able to travel (Driving License B required)
