We are looking for a
Sales Representative
for Slovak and Czech republic
(direct report to Sales Manager CEE)
Location: Nitra, Slovakia preferred
Key objectives:
Sales Representative is the person in business who is responsible for selling the company’s services, maintaining existing network of customers and creating new relations.
Key responsibilities:
Base:
build client relationship and maintain existing ones
establish executive relationships and manage key contact persons, key decision makers
identify potential new clients and business opportunities and persuade new customers to place business with
work with clients to identify their needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements in order that the client does not decide to place business anywhere else
generate proposals/quotations, plan customer meetings, make company presentations to customers, manager sales negotiations and deal closure at the customer
maintain satisfactory after-sale relationship and develop a long-term customer relationship
Strategic planning and implementation:
maintain a solid understanding of current market dynamics and trends, develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
manage and participate in planning, forecasting, budgeting; implement agreed sales and marketing plans
ensure timelines are met and financial results are maximized/optimized
ensure precise reporting
maintain quality and work within ethical guidelines set by TRIGO
Business/internal controls:
constantly monitor KPI’s (sales, market share, price, timelines etc.), assess effectiveness and develop and implement strategy/tactic adjustment together with the Sales Manager CEE
