Plant Launch Manager

- Manage plant convergence plans in coordination with the Project Manager
- Follow the launch costs
- Attends all Project Reviews, Gate Reviews and Project Commitees
- Define the plant project timing, in accordance with the global project timing
- Define with project and all the core functions (HR, Purchasing, Quality Industrialization, Logistics), all the needs for the project in the plant.
- Initiate and manage CAPEX and drive the workflow
- Follow all the KPIs in the launch book
- Collect and monitor data regarding plant launch costs, report to Industrial Manager and Project Manager, manage recovery action plans
- Schedule organize drives and monitor the trial runs and scorecards, according project master schedule, including run @ rate (internal and customer)
Prepare and set up the ramp-up Plan
- Collect and report data at plant level regarding impacts of change request
- Realize the lessons learned of the Launch
