Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Technical Support for Customers and internal professionals
• Planning, organization and realization of cable development
• Analyze, solving and clarification of customer requests, if sales is not able to solve and answer
• Technical Support of Customers of our products and its environment
• Performing of customer contacts (Visit at the customer or inhouse) for clarification of the content of their requests. Highlighting alternative solutions for products and/or procedures. Analyzing of potential business and generally following the target of intensification of customers connection, loyalty and satisfaction
• Management and Care of Development projects
• Definition of new guidelines for Construction and selection of materials in cooperation with departments responsible for process-technological matter. Realization of feasibility studies.
• Collaboration in strategic Product Development and Product Management together with responsible Sales Managers
• Sales data sheets and construction proposals
• Verification of new Standards and clarification of technical details together with customer
