Job description, responsibilities and duties
• To be Group´s safety responsible person
• Responsibility of improving safe way of working in whole company and encouraging to attitude, safety first.
• Planning and supervision of Safety campaigns in close cooperation with Group and local HR and marketing
• Safety trainings for local trainers and company´s personnel, implementing of Safety manual, conducting Safety walks, creating and harmonizing of Safety instructions
• Reporting of Safety performance to Group management
• Performing investigating and follow-up of Safety accidents and incidents
• Leading monthly Safety meetings and doing internal HS audits
• Supporting local Safety experts in production units
