Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Leading the customer service department (up to 10 people)
• Coordinating sales activities of the Slovak plant
• Communication with customers and other plants of the group abroad
• Close cooperation with other Managers in the plant (Quality, Production)
• Budgeting of Key Accounts
• Continuous development of existing business
• Acquiring of new business partners/ accounts, searching for potential business opportunities
• Direct reporting to the Group Sales Director
• Negotiating targets with Group Sales Director
• Getting reports from KAMs
• Pricing and calculations according to given margin and signing regulations
• Coordinating sales activities of the Slovak plant
