Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Leading and development of the plant, including Production, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Logistics (Customer Service, Material Management, Warehouse), Quality and Human Resources & Administration
• Drive the continuous improvement of the plant (production/operational processes as well as support processes) to ensure quality performance as well as operational efficiency
• Ensure the profitability and long-term competitiveness of the company
• Define, structure and roll out all kind of processes together with the team
• Budgeting investment and cost
• Setting up plant objectives and KPI´s and its monitoring
• Wage policy and recruitment strategies
• Ensure the provision of required capacities in all functions of the plant
• Taking part in strategic decision- making
• Close cooperation and reporting to the headquarters (Business Area Manager)

• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in an operational position in a plant, project management
• Wide exposure to different technologies and Engineering (metallurgy, cable manufacturing, logistics)
• Fluent Slovak and advanced level of English
• Ambitious and assertive personality who can enforce discipline
• Hands-on mentality and strong customer orientation
• Very close affinity to define and develop production processes technically
• Ability to guide and develop the managerial team and provide inputs in each function
• Flexible for regular travelling to other production locations
• Hands-on mentality and strong customer orientation
• Very close affinity to define and develop production processes technically
• Ability to guide and develop the managerial team and provide inputs in each function
• Flexible for regular and frequent travelling to other production locations
