Art Director

Trerè Innovation s.r.l., leading Italian company in the functional apparel sector, is looking for an Art Drector for its UYN brand.

Working closely with our communication and graphic teams and the sales department, the position will be responsible for crafting multi-channel campaigns and projects to increase the quantity and quality of leads and continually improve conversion and growth.

Responsibilities:

- Storytelling in words, images and videos
- Development and production of creative concepts, campaigns, and advertising media (digital and analogue) in order to implement the brand’s core messages in an eye-catching manner
- Creative responsibility for the visual development of the brand presence in all communication channels and advertising media
- Creative responsibility for the in-house development and production of B2B and B2C communication material with content conception for all channels – from print, POS to social media, web page content and images
- Advice on photo shoots and production support (photo, video, animation, 3D, retouching)
- Responsibility for adhering to brand guidelines
- Leading a team of graphic designers and the communication team with responsibility for the development and creative output of the team

Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design or similar
- Adobe CC skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Good feeling for typography, color and imagery
- Team player, curious and you have the drive to take responsibility for your projects
- Strong, comprehensive understanding of brands and high feeling to design
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reliable and structured way of working
- Independent, efficient and responsible working style
