Are you a skilled IT professional with a strong command of the Turkish language? We are seeking a talented and dedicated IT Administrator to join our team. As an IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing our organization's IT infrastructure while effectively communicating with our Turkish-speaking staff. If you possess excellent technical skills, fluency in Turkish, and a passion for delivering exceptional IT support, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot our organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, both in person and remotely, ensuring prompt resolution of IT issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheral devices.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and implement necessary upgrades or patches.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest improvements and optimize IT processes.


Work Location and Travel:

Our office is located in the city of Bratislava. As the IT Administrator, you will primarily work from our Bratislava office, collaborating with our local and international teams. However, travel may be required to support our regional offices or attend conferences, training programs, or client meetings. We prioritize work-life balance and ensure that travel requirements are reasonable and well-planned in advance, allowing you to make the most of your time both in and out of the office.

  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software applications.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving IT issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
