Trane Slovakia is hiring an Rental and Service Sales Engineer to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for developing trusting customer relationships and maximizing account share and customer retention with building owner accounts around Žilina, Trenčín and Nitra regions.

​Overall responsibility for Rental & Service Sales and customer development in an assigned sales territory, by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and partnering. Service sales responsibility for selected groups of customers in an assigned territory. Rental responsibility for assigned regions.​

Responsibilities of rental sales: 

  • Identify and target potential customers across various industries that require container cold storage and chiller solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, assisting them in selecting the most suitable system solutions based on their specific needs.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate customer requirements, ensuring the proposal of accurate and efficient container cold storage and Trane rental solutions.

Responsibilities of service agreements sales:

  • Identify potential opportunities with both existing and new customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities, develop proposals, and coordinate processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Encourage customer growth and loyalty through continuous support and assistance.
  • Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Trane contract templates when applicable.
  • Develop, evaluate, and discuss practical solutions with customers, create quotes and offers, and present proposals.
  • Achieve assigned sales and customer development quotas by focusing on service customer acquisition and development.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
  • Nico to have technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and container cold storage solutions.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical services business or rental equipment, container cold storage or refrigeration industry.
  • Communicative level of English and fluent Slovak.
  • Well-organized and able to handle several different projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
    Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
