Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our important client, one of the leading global tobacco companies, we are looking for experienced candidates for the following position based in Bratislava.

The agenda will be divided:
- 70% for Finance
- 30% will be HR/Office Service and also EHS related

Main responsibilities:
1. HR Administration - provide, collect and archive all necessary documents from/to candidates, selected new employees and payroll provider. Coordinate induction of new employees.

2. HR Administration - collect documentation for payroll, provides inputs and communicate with the payroll provider. Inputs data to SAP HR and ensure data quality in the area of organizational management, time controlling and compensation&benefits.

3. EHS, Car Fleet and Security Administration. Orders new cars as per company guidelines. Record mileage reports and provide it to external payroll provider. Support to office administrator regarding safety to EHS (injury, accident, mileage, fuel consumption, energy consumption etc.) and immediate security reports in case of accident.

4. Accounting. Performs invoices evidencing and support to the third party accounting company in terms of communication and information sharing. Provide data check on invoices in regards to payment terms, provision of delivery notes and contracts. Acts as a key contact person for trade partners and customers in respect of invoicing, payments and balances confirmation.

5. Internal System. Take care about internal database, in terms of master data maintenance, procurement planning, key vendors definition, etc. Key person for creation, providing and share knowledge of internal system requirements and processes.

6. Accepts to conduct and complete other projects and activities not listed above, after being defined and agreed with line manager.

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

- Min. 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting or alternatively Compensation&Benefits or similar area
- University degree
- Strong communication skills, punctual, analytical skills
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Ability and willingness to discover more areas of Finance/HR field, rather than to specialize in one narrow field
- PC knowledge: Excel, Power Point, Word, SAP
