Join Us as a Global Talent Manager to Drive Worldwide Success
Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Talent Management professional who is eager to take the next step and grow into broader Talent & Learning responsibilities.
As a Global Talent Manager, you enable the growth of TOMRA Recycling by leading the global Talent Acquisition function (including two direct reports) and ensuring high‑quality hiring for critical and senior roles. You translate business needs into effective global strategies across hiring, development, performance, and succession — building a strong internal talent pipeline and supporting a modern, learning‑oriented culture. Alongside leading TA, you progressively take on broader Talent Management and Learning responsibilities across the full employee lifecycle.
You thrive in a dynamic environment, bring self‑drive, flexibility, and high personal standards, and enjoy working with people across cultures and functions. You combine strong TA expertise with curiosity and ambition to grow into Talent & Learning topics such as succession planning, capability development, performance evaluation, and organizational diagnostics.
What will you do:
Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence:
Lead and oversee all global recruitment operations and ensure consistent, efficient, and high‑quality hiring processes across locations.
Continuously improve recruitment workflows, governance, and operating models.
Personally lead hiring for senior and critical roles.
Strengthen and improve the technical enablement of our recruitment system (SmartRecruiters).
Support our transformation toward a skills‑based organization.
Talent Development & Performance Management:
Integrate Talent Acquisition with key Talent & Learning areas (70‑20‑10, development, competency frameworks, talent calibrations, diagnostics).
Manage all data related to succession planning, internal mobility, and talent evaluation.
Support organizational diagnostics based on qualitative and quantitative data.
Data, Systems & Process Ownership:
Define, review, and analyze recruitment KPIs to drive data‑informed decision‑making
Own and communicate the global Talent Acquisition dashboard
Oversee HRMS and LMS from a talent perspective
Lead the preparation for our future Talent Marketplace solution
Leadership & Alignment
Lead and develop members of the Talent Acquisition team:
Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high‑performance culture
Work closely with P&O Business Partners and business leaders to understand capability needs
Balance global alignment with practical local execution
