Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join our team, whose role will be:
Overall responsibility for the full spectrum of accounting with local accounting team support:
• Process payment runs;
• Accounts receivables / payable & general ledger accounting;
• Account Reconciliations (including intercompany);
• Manage relationships with external tax provider, auditors, etc.;
• Prepare local entity budgets;
• Prepare and oversee monthly and yearly group and local management reporting;
• Complete ad hoc financial analysis and reporting when required;
• Assist with process implementation & reviews to ensure appropriate internal controls are in place according to group policy;
• Ensure compliance of accounting & business practices according to local and group legislation/policies;
• Ad hoc projects within the team;
• Supporting role for local insurance, car fleet and other administration topics.
