Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Processing payroll for specific client in international field
• Controlling and recording of additional payments
• Processing and reconciling relocation data
• Administration of sickness for multiple countries
• Cooperation with other departments and authorities in different countries
• Audit of payroll data processed by the interface team
• Assure accurate and timely filing of all related reporting requirements

• Experience with payroll would be a big advantage, but not a must
• English knowledge is must have (B2)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex functions - vlookup, hlookup etc.)
•Strong analytical skills, attention to the details
• Customer focused - Employee support
