To achieve this, we are engaged in strategic initiatives and actions that leverage innovative technologies, to optimize our service delivery model, minimize our time to value and maximize our solution quality and consistency.
Scaling this Digital Operations model, we are now recruiting data-literate and computer-literate business professionals, with the right aptitude and attitude, to be embedded within our regional Operational Excellence team, part of wider Digital Ops. These professionals will establish and drive efficiencies in the business lines of Client Payroll delivery and/or Client Accounting & Tax delivery, and other ancillary services.
As a successful candidate, you will have proven experience relating to business solution design, development, maintenance & support, ideally working within (or closely with) business operations teams. You will be joining a small team of problem solvers, to apply your experience and develop your skills, in the pursuit of discovering, analyzing, simplifying and automating complex data-oriented processes.


Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Organize, store, analyze, and transform data from different sources and datasets, into information that can be utilized to make business decisions and actions, using various techniques.
• Create complex reports and dashboards that deliver valuable insight to business leaders and operators.
• Create, maintain & amend regular reports, based on continuous improvement model aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Analyze, understand, and model data employed within key processes, to (re)define flows, report production and data visualizations, which improves efficiency and effectiveness of the outputs and insights we deliver to clients.
• Work with stakeholders, subject matter experts and peers, to ensure that requirements are captured accurately, solutions meet defined business needs and that agreed business benefits are realised.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to operations colleagues, enabling them to use the solutions you have designed, built and deployed.
• Take ownership and provide oversight of data quality improvement, identifying potential enhancements to improve data accuracy, reduce process re-work and minimize operational risk.
• Promote and evangelize data and automation solutions within local jurisdiction to increase colleague support and stimulate colleague ideas
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within complex data sets or data processing.
• Work closely with Digital Operations colleagues to develop skills, drive innovation, share key learning, track benefits and provide local coordination on behalf of global technology platform(s).

About you
Ideally, you are meeting following criteria:

• 3+ years of relevant career experience
• Strong process improvement and/or problem-solving skills.
• Works with key stakeholders to accurately elicit, test and document business needs.
• Ideally understands data structures and data models, as well as key data processing concepts.
• Knowledge of any data analytics or data visualization tools, process automation or programming language (e.g. Alteryx – strongly preferred, Tableau, Power BI, VBA, SQL, UI Path, Python).
• Experience working with multiple data source types, e.g. flat files, databases, Excel, XML, JSON.
• Familiar with data visualization, data analytics and data management concepts.
• Comfortable working within a diverse culture and across geographies.
