Job description, responsibilities and duties

The new Receptionist should be an experienced and qualified individual
who has dealt with office management before and ideally coming from
similar international corporate setup. This person will be joining the
team of a large global company which offers a comprehensive range of
services covering Accounting, Legal and HR and Payroll compliance and
reporting.
The Receptionist will be responsible for handling client-facing duties as
well as general office management tasks.

We are looking for someone to cover the afternoon “shifts” that finishes at 6pm!

Key responsibilities:

• Responsibility for managing full scope of administrative duties;
• Sending and receiving letters, emails and taking care of the provision
of courier services;
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls to
appropriate personnel;
• Answering questions about organization and providing callers with
address, directions and other information;
• Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and
controlling access via reception desk;
• Monitoring visitor access, logbook and issuing visitor badges when
required;
• Welcoming on-site visitors, determination of nature of business and
announcing visitors to appropriate personnel;
• Updating appointment calendars, management of meeting rooms;
• Ordering, receiving, and maintaining office supplies;
• Providing different types of support (NBS courses, security records,
hard-copy attendance activities at reception);
• Creating memos, correspondence, reports and other documents;
• Performing other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and
collating.
