Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The work activities of the Senior Legal Executive shall mainly include the following:

Corporate- secretarial agenda
• Annual general and extraordinary general meetings;
• Shareholder’s resolutions, board resolutions, etc.;
• Health checks, transfer of shares, mergers;
• Increase / reduction of registered capital;
• Corporate advisory

In-corporations, acquisitions and liquidations
• Company incorporation / branch establishment;
• Sale of shelf company;
• Obtaining licenses, company liquidation, branch cancellation;

HR support
• Employment contracts, agreements, amendments;
• Termination of employment relationships (notice, agreement, analysis);
• Transfer of labour rights and duties;
• Warning letters, working rules, guidelines;
• HR advisory (labour issues: parental leave, social fund, pension fund, travel expenses, evidence of work), Secondments;

Personal data protection
• Assistance to Country Privacy Lead;
• General data protection related support to the internal and external clients;

Agenda of foreigners
• Analysis of required permits, duration of free stay in Slovakia, visa;
• Obtaining of work permit, obtaining of stay permit;
• Information cards, registered residency of EU citizens, termination of permits;

A1 agenda
• Analysis of documents, preparation and filing of the applications;

Internal legal purposes
• Document preparation (contracts e.g. loans, amendments, power of attorney, etc.);
• Preparations of service agreements and amendments to existing contracts, negotiation of conditions with clients;
• Tax registrations / deregistration;
• Duties overview, entity information sheets, trackers, services overview, memo, contact lists;
• New legislation review;
• Communication with banks, clients and authorities.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

1700,- EUR (based on professional experiences)

Lawyer with 3 – 4 years of experience in corporate world, local law firm experience should be OK, we will prefer a corporate experience.
