Job description, responsibilities and duties

The EMEA Trainee will be responsible for the timely and accurate supporting of EMEA Executive Committee in a very fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

Making travel, meeting and event arrangements
Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, mail distribution and filing
Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office
Other Administrative and Support related tasks

Výberový proces:
1. kolo výberového procesu: osobný pohovor + vedomostný test zo spracovania miezd + jazykový test. Testovanie kandidátov je za účelom zistitenia do akej miery má náš potenciálny kolega znalosť mzdovej problematiky (nie na vyradenie z výberového procesu) a v rámci Adaptačného procesu, aké kroky musí HR oddelenie spolu s priamym nadriadeným pripraviť k efektívnej adaptácii.
