Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting Dynamics AX 4.0 and mostly Dynamics AX 2012 applications
• Assisting TMF Group’s growing AX user base in troubleshooting and solving reported issues and offering pro-active support by timely management of reported incidents
• Solving occurring incidents independently and proactively
• Distributing repeated tasks to L1 support and delegating complex issues to specialists
• Following up about issue resolution and communicating to end users
• Any other task provided by Dynamics Support Team Lead/Manager
Capabilities
• Understands TMF Groups' business lines, regulatory requirements and how the organisation is structured
• Records their time accurately and within deadline
• Understands and applies control and risk and governance frameworks consistently
• Is financially mindful of personal impact on the business
• Understands own motivation and impact of personal attitude on own performance

Personality requirements and skills
• Excellent English, written and verbal
• Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to liaise with people internationally, through spoken and written channels
• Work experience with ERP or other integrated business solution. Strong interest in technical details
• Intermediate financial accounting knowledge, incl. multi-currency accounting and WIP accounting, multi-GAAP accounting and reporting (especially IAS/IFRS and local European GAAPS)
• Knowledge about the Euro zone and related mechanisms (member countries, EUR conversion, VAT requirements)
• Relevant work experience as functional Dynamics AX support engineer or functional consultant (AX 4.0, AX2009, AX2012) in the GL, AR, AP, Bank and Project modules
• Ability to analyse reported issues in the Dynamics AX Finance modules from the UI and the AOT
• In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics AX Finance modules incl. related data dictionary, system documentation, forms and class objects and AX object naming conventions
• Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to liaise with people internationally, through spoken and written channels
