Job description, responsibilities and duties:

- Supporting management to coach a team of sales representatives to make the
country profitable
- Fixing SMART objectives to reach the target of the company
- Preparation of reports and analyzes for the needs of top management
- Forecasting, planning and analysis of revenues, costs, gross profit and expenses
- Monitoring of sales and non-sales activities
- Close cooperation with CEO of Central Europe
- Become rapidly comfortable with the farming and plant nutrition environment,
to recommend decision to the general manager
- Develop a key account manager approach to increase our market share
