What are you going to do ?
- Coaching a team of 5-10 sales representatives in the West or East Slovakia
- Training and coaching the team in the field
- Building and updating clear road plans for each sales representative
- Reporting team activities
- Making list of existing farms and new prospective farms
- Fixing SMART objectives for each sale representative to reach targets and KPI´s
of your region
- Ensuring the profitability of each sales representative
- Checking KPI approach of your team with weekly coordination
- Negotiating with distributors to ensure that orders from farmers are invoiced
and delivered
- Signing new distributors if needed
- Working closely with the internal logistic department and management of the
company
