Who we’re looking for ?
As part of our growth strategy, we’re on the look-out for a passionate and experienced Account Manager who has a knack for communicating and building strong customer relationships. You will be working as part of our Sales and Account Management team, ensuring our business runs smoothly and our customers get maximum benefits from our services.

What will you be doing ?
- You will manage your own accounts, helping your clients grow their business and build loyal and positive business partnerships with them
- You will proactively reach out to your clients, even travel to various destinations around the globe if anything urgent needs to be addressed in person
- You will always be ready to pick up the phone and call your clients to ensure all is hunky dory with your accounts
- You will manage up-and-cross sales towards existing clients
- You will be the main point of contact for your clients and their voice within Tom Horn Gaming
- You will know our products inside out, advising our clients on how these can help boost their business potential
- You will look for new opportunities to increase revenues for both parties, customers and ourselves
- You will analyse customer services and patterns of behaviour to advise on customer growth and marketing campaigns to promote our products
- You will source new business opportunities
- You will travel to attend industry events to represent Tom Horn Gaming and our products and to foster client relationships, old and new. So be ready to travel extensively across Europe and beyond

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Base gross monthly salary from 1200 EUR, depending on experience

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
